Dates & Times: New this year, we will run this program in the fall (Oct/Nov) rather than previous year session that took place in early part of the year.

This years Volley TOT's program will consist of seven sessions which will run from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is for ANY boy or girl between the ages of 4 and 7 who is interested in becoming fit by participating in a variety of physical activities with an emphasis on volleyball. This program mimics a program out of Dallas, Texas. Activities are designed to increase foot speed, improve agility, develop hand-eye coordination, help with social development, and to have FUN! Each week, activity sessions will be set up where all the children will rotate to each station for approximately 8-10 minutes.

COSTS and REGISTRATION

Cost: The cost of this program will be $75. This cost will include a Valley Volley TOTS T-shirt for each participant.
