PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is for ANY boy or girl between the ages of 4 and 7 who is interested in becoming fit by participating in a variety of physical activities with an emphasis on volleyball. This program mimics a program out of Dallas, Texas. Activities are designed to increase foot speed, improve agility, develop hand-eye coordination, help with social development, and to have FUN! Each week, activity sessions will be set up where all the children will rotate to each station for approximately 8-10 minutes.

All sessions will be at Honey Creek Middle School. The program will consist of seven sessions which will run from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm on the following (tentative) dates:

COSTS and REGISTRATION

Cost: The cost of this program will be $75. This cost will include a Valley Volley TOTS T-shirt for each participant.
